NOT SO Feinstein
#1
On Sunday Feinstein laid out details of the bill.

"It will ban the sale, the transfer, the importation and the possession, not retroactively, but prospectively," and ban the sale of clips of more than ten bullets, Feinstein said. "The purpose of this bill is to get... weapons of war off the streets.

It's the "BILL OF RIGHTS" not the bill of "needs"

So if they get all these weapons of war of the streets, then that means that the police won't need them either. Cops should be limited to 10 round magazines as well.

As I understand it, yes.

"Grandfathered" is a colloquialism for ex post facto (details).

PROSPECTIVE. That which is applicable to the future; it is used in opposition to retrospective. To be just, a law ought always to be prospective.

And in Progressive talk that would mean "for Now", next increment will be more restrictive until they are no more.

There is no room here for the Word of the Law or common sense thinking. There is an agenda that needs to be pushed thru!
