NRA Get-Together
#1
Last night I attended NRA Dinner.
Location: Firehouse, Adams County, RT 234-about 6 miles East
of Rt 30.
It was a full house. There where no empty seats.

Food- Not bad at all. Chicken, Roast beef, Mashed potatoes and
all that you would normally see. I did not hear any complaints.
people went for seconds and came back with hills of mash potatoes covered in gravy. (Gravy was very good)

Raffles- So many, it became a bit confusing, bit nice stuff.
One table, 7 or 8 people, each won a 1911. Chances of winning were fairly good 1 out of 150 or less
All prizes- not cheap stuff. many Kimber, Remington, Browning,
Ruger. AR's Just hitting once and you would be way a head--
money wise.

This was our first NRA Dinner. We enjoyed it (wife) and will do it again.
If you hear of one near you, I say go. But don't wait. These Dinners are not big. I was told 100, 150, 200 people a dinner, and this one, they turned people away.
