I couldn't get past this question:

"Do you oppose the United Nations gun ban treaty that would give international bureaucrats the power to dictate firearms policy here in the United States?"

I can't support an organization that intentionally misleads it's members. This is part of the reason that I'm calling and withdrawing my membership.

You need to give them your email to submit the survey. I've learned never to give the NRA your email or phone number.
Everytime we look the other way when someone else loses rights we disagree with, we make it easier to lose the rights we support.

Supposedly it would include firearms registrations between countries involved in import/export, including the "end user" or purchaser of the firearm..... Which would end up being mandatory international gun registration.
Error 396: Signature cannot be found.

I mean, Sandy Hook happened and there was no federal AWB or high capacity magazine limit passed. I believe the NRA is to thank for no federal gun control legislation being passed. I'm not telling you what to do. You can do whatever you want. However, I really think the NRA is the biggest and best fighter for our gun rights on the federal level.

See how misled their members are? I bet none of them actually ever read the treaty. That is but one example. I'm not going to get into it about my other reasons, as it is off topic and like you said, we all make our choices.

I cannot forgive their wrongdoing just to support their good. I was caught up in the post sandy hook fervor when I joined. That was a mistake.

What "wrong doing"? Why is it a mistake to help support the most powerful organization on our side? What do you purpose doing to support gun rights?
