It’s easy to get down in the dumps when we lose a presidential election. A Minnesota psychologist even said that many people will experience post-election depression. Most of those feelings will wear off in due time. There’s no reason for conservatives to feel apathetic and give up. Sometimes good things can come from losses. It's being challenged on pretty strong constitutional grounds. All tax increases are supposed to originate in the house. Obama care originated in the Senate.

The challenge is working it's way through the courts last i heard. (google if you want more info- i don't have it)

They didn't really repeal anything. Laws were passed to nullify such acts in their respective states.

Those state laws are over-ridden by federal law, as federal supercedes state.

Good luck if you're a montana resident in getting the IRS to not fine you if you don't have healthcare insurance.

No reason for them to abide by federal law, the feds piss on the constitution and existing law every day. Time for some turn around.

right, but the feds are going to do what the feds want to do. when the national government gets as big as it is, the states bend at every chance because they cannot afford to lose the federal funds they receive and simply put, they'll pretty powerless these days over federal actions.

the best alternative for all of us is for congress (U.S. congress) to not fund the healthcare law.
