Like the article says,
BC costs about $9. $9 x 12 months = $108 $108 x 30 years = $3240
Inflation might bring you up to $5000, so where does the other $13,000 come in?
The Second Amendment does not GIVE us the right. It tells the gov they can not infringe our right.

When my wife was on Yaz between our two kids something about the insurance we had at the time was jacked up and they would not pay for it. We were paying $80 a month. For more reasons than I can count, I was so relieved when she decided to stop taking it.

That's what it costs for the co-pay under some insurance plans.

40$ a month from age 16 to age 46 is over 14,000$.

I don't know why anyone would be against free birth control. We need less liberals in the country... Tongue

But... um... hm. Big Grin Tongue Shrug

Seriously, though: "Dear Mom," Huh

This campaign is like Hopenchange on steroids. Not only is there no substance, but this time it is begging voter to give up their rights in return for more government oversight. The scary thing is that there are people oblivious enough to fall for it. WhackWhackWhack

Considering that no birth control is 100% effective, I wonder how the "writer" of the letter would support a child when the birth control failed. Perhaps it would be smarter to buy a vibrator or keep her legs closed altogether until she can afford both birth control and the result of failed birth control. But hey, why talk about consequences or personal responsibility when the government can just fix everything for you, right?
