Wow... someone WAS being a dick there. What the hell is wrong with PPD? They ought to be held personally liable for this stuff. No qualified immunity for willful misconduct.

I looked up "Edward Yealey" in the PA court docket system under "common pleas" and didn't find anything.

If this just happened on the 8th, I doubt it would be in the docket system just yet. It sometimes takes a week for it to show up there.

After the hearing, friends and associates of Kokesh appeared in front of the courthouse to speak about his plight. Ed Yealey, technical director of Kokesh’s Web show “Adam vs. The Man,” appeared with a gun holstered at his side.

“We’re not thinking he will want to post bond, because of the stipulations and because he wants to make a statement,” Yealey said. “That’s what he does.”

Yealey said Kokesh believes he was within his rights to possess a shotgun and load it in public in the District, as he appeared to do in the July 4 video. On the recording, which was posted on YouTube, Kokesh repeatedly loads the weapon and says: “We will not be silent. We will not obey. We will not allow our government to destroy our humanity. We are the final American Revolution. See you next Independence Day.”

He might not actually have been arrested... hard to tell since the video was cut off.

Looks like a bunch of cops don't pay attention during roll call. I thought there was mandatory training and what-not following Mark's settlement.

If there is going to be another OC event, it should be in the area this particular precinct covers. Not 100% sure what neighborhood this is.

When I prosecute people from my company, they are usually in the system within 3 days. I'll check again on Friday.
