OC'er Arrested in Philly
OCEDD;121939 Wrote:Just want to give an update for those interested.

I talked to my lawyer today, He is confident he will be able to get the "Cutting Weapons" charge dismissed.
We also talked about starting the process to get a court order to get my firearm back before the city melts it or something stupid.
A call has also been made to the legal council for Delaware county in an attempt to have my LTCF returned, there is still the chance of Philly revoking it though.

All in all this isn't going to cost me an arm and a leg, roughly $1,600, with the possibility to get some of that back from the city for the court order for the weapon.

So, it looks like this will just take time, but my possessions should be returned to me eventually... Although $1,600 is alot for someone like me. (I am an independent entertainment contractor)
So, if anyone has work for an Audio Engineer, a Production Manager, or an Electrician, Shoot me a message.
Ty for the update . Any additional?

He was found not guilty, and I believe the judge ordered his firearm is to be returned to him. As for any pending civil suits, I have no idea.

If your LTCF was issued by Delaware county, Philadelphia CAN NOT revoke it. Only the issuing authority can revoke any given LTCF.
