Officer Loses Gun In Police Parking Lot
#1
TRENTON, N.J. - The Trenton police officer who was photographed for allegedly sleeping inside of his police car over the summer lost his gun in a police station parking lot.

The attorney who represents the officer says his client was "very upset" after he lost the weapon.

How do you lose a gun in a parking lot? It has a holster, it isn't like your hands were full and you had to set it on the roof of the car to open the door.

Way to go NJ. The guy is caught sleeping on the job, and then goes on to "lose" his gun?

Bull shit. I say he was asleep in his cruiser again. And some gang member reached in the window, grabbed the pistol, and ran off. I am assuming to kill crack, and smoke babies.

He did exactly that though. He set it on his car and then drove off.

I've seen that done with a lot of things, a looseleaf notebook in school, coffee, McD's bag, hell, I left a crowbar on the tongue of my trailer one time and drove off. Never heard about a gun before. I guess that's what happens when you consider a gun to be just another tool on the belt.

That is precisely my point. I should have added sarcasm notation lol.

If you have a holster on your side, why would you place it anywhere but in the holster? That is what blows my mind.

I don't know why the PD would be upset though. This is Trenton, NJ, I'm sure that whomever finds it will return it ASAP, cause NJ people know they're not allowed to have guns.

Aside from the standard smileys and an ocasional "lol", I don't use many emoticons. I should, it would simplify things. But when I type, I hear it in my voice and afterwards say "Well, they should hear the tone of my voice. No worries."

To be on the safe side though.
