Ohio HB231 Changes Concealed Carry Laws, Duty To Inform
#1
Quite a few changes to existing concealed carry law in this proposed law. Changes duty to inform language, where you can carry and some penalty language.

Just read it. That one is a really bad one. I hope they kick this one out. The restricted places of carry is bad enough.

Does anyone ever get the feeling, now that the entire country has some sort of carry law in place, the next step is to simply make is so restrictive, and likely that if you do carry you'll probably violate the law somehow, that it becomes completely impractical for a law abiding citizen to go about their day armed?

You wouldn't be able to run as many people over with that car if it didn't drive as far. It should only have a 10 gallon fuel tank.
