Ohio Voting for Obama???
#1
I know this is just a tiny sampling but I'm not buying all they hype about Obama leading in the polls in all the swing states. There were at least two stories in the national media this morning about how Obama has a commanding lead in Ohio.

Well, I grew up in a little town on the Ohio River and I still check out the local paper online. This morning they had a poll about "Who Will You Vote for In Oct?" You can see the results below. And, this is a town with plenty of people collecting from the government since their employment rate is terrible and they have a lot of welfare recipients. Also, I'm guessing the number of people who live on Social Security is also high.

I also make it a point to talk with many friends who I know are very liberal and I would have guessed would still vote for Obama. Guess what? Many of them are now undecided. They hate Romney but they feel used by Obama.

I'd like to know who "they" are polling. Anyone on the forum been polled? If so, by whom?

OMao is not leading anywhere except in the well established Communist States.
Where there are free thinkers.....not.

Well obviously in the small towns and rural areas Obama is going to be trailing in the polls. It's the big cities, Toledo, Cincinnati and Cleveland that will probably deliver Ohio to zero.

Same with Pa. 95% of the state geographically is going to vote for Romney. But all the people are clustered in Pitt and Philly, and they will go massively for Obama.
