Monroe County isn't bad when it comes to OC until you meet up with some of the Staties. Most of the cops know the laws regarding OC.

I was in Billy's a few weeks ago and the owner asked "why the gun?" I gave him a few examples for why and his response was "maybe I need to get my License too."

im in walmart and downtown stroudsburg a pretty fair amount without incidents. I did find out that Jock and Jills is not OC friendly. The owner said he didnt mind if we stayed as long as we covered up. the group decided they wanted to stay, so I obliged. later a bartender came over and said something to the effect of never come sit at her bar with a weapon on because she would not serve us.

The only issues I ever had in Pike were in Milford., and then only with jerkoffs from NY/NJ; the borders for both states are literally a stone's throw from Broad Street. If it wasn't some tourist from Port Jervis, it was some douches from Montague.

I have had serious issues OC'ing in Monroe. Mostly from the state cops. I have been handcuffed, thrown over the hood of a police car, threatened with arrest, threatened with murder, and told very explicitly that they knew I wasn't breaking any laws, but if they saw me with a gun again, I'd be arrested and they'd make up a charge. This was said right to my face, in the presence of other officers, who all agreed.

Go ahead and OC in Monroe... I still do. But be prepared for problems.

Perhaps you should inform the owner that one of his employees is choosing not to serve his customers, and therefore getting paid to lose the establishment money. I'm sure the owner would find this information interesting.

As you can recall it, what were the circumstances which led up to the incident(s) mentioned?
When and where did this happen? Date? Time? Place?
Any witnesses?
Did you get the name(s) of the LEO individuals involved?
Did you record the event(s)? Did you employ a video camera?
Did you file a criminal complaint and if so, when and where?
