BURLINGTON TOWNSHIP — A Pennsylvania man was charged with driving under the influence and possession of illegal ammunition early Monday after officers discovered his vehicle stuck on an embankment near River Road, police said.
Bias T. Robinson, 25, of Bristol, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. after officers responded to a suspicious-person report and found him trying to remove his vehicle from the embankment.

Robinson failed a sobriety test, and a loaded .45-caliber pistol was discovered beneath the driver's seat. Police said he had a valid permit to carry the weapon, but the bullets were hollow point, which are illegal in New Jersey.

I can't figure out how he didn't get booked on the actual gun. I thought PA permits weren't valid in NJ? Did they change that? And NJ doesn't give non resident permits do they?

Strickly a guess but ... maybe he has the NJ equivalent to an ACT 235 card for employment OR maybe, and that's a big maybe, they figure he'll get pardoned by Christie for the gun since he had a PA LTCF and just went for the bullets which would be able to be explained away.

Oh I didn't say he wasn't stupid... I just was surprised they let him off on the gun part.

That explains how he ended up in Jersey.
Ammunition, it's the new lead bullion. Buy it cheap and stack it deep.
