Anyone own one of these? Heard anything, good, bad or in between? Please let me know if you have any info regarding Para. All opinions welcome. Thank you. Dom

I have one, and I like it. Seems to shoot low, but that could be the cheaper ammo or me being a bad shot.

Have you done any upgrades to it? I read they have either a plastic spring or plastic guiderod that could use an upgrade.

I have one. It's my EDC. Take the advice of lycanthrope. Polish up the feed ramp and hand rack the slike a couple hundred times before hitting the range. It will save you a lot of frustration. After following his advice I don't have any ftf or fte.
This pistol shoots well, but as posted above it does shoot a bit low. With the 3 dot sights the poi is where the front dot is on the target.

I can't speak for the GI, but I have a Para Hi Cap Ltd. .45 LDA and have had exactly Zero failures with it.

Besides it weighing a metric shit ton with 16 + 1, I love the way it shoots! Smile
My guidance counselor said I wouldn't amount to anything... Lucky guess! Dodgy

I have done no upgrades at all. It is worth looking into though.

Since everyone else is mentioning it, I had positively no failures with it at all. Took it to the range a few weeks after I bought it (only time I took it) and ran a few hundred rounds through it without issue.

No plastic spring or guide rod but the trigger is polymer.

Are you using the Arrendondo +2's?
Are you running the stock spring?
