House Session Days
October 15, 16, 17, 18
November 13, 14, 19, 20

Senate Session Days
October 15, 16, 17
November 14

http://www.pasen.gov/rules/2011SenRules.html#XII Wrote:Every bill shall be considered on three different days in each House.

SB 1438 is in Senate Judiciary.
This will take a miracle.
Has to get first vote on 15 or dead.
If it comes out of Judiciary and gets pushed, the first day of vote is Oct 15. 3 days voting is the 15, 16, 17.
Then it has to go to the House, in and out of committee and then to vote.

SB 273 is laid on the table.
Same as above. Has to get first vote on 15 or dead.

HB 1523
This is dead. There is no time left for the required 3 days voting.

Traditionally both houses usually do little to nothing after election and the last Session day becomes a NV day any ways. The only other thing that can save these is an emergency session and that is unlikely.
The Second Amendment does not GIVE us the right. It tells the gov they can not infringe our right.
