please recommend a stove

Am putting together a small kit for a gift. Am not up to speed with latest and greatest. What portable stove would you suggest for apartment dwellers. Ease of use ranks high on features.

You need a Gearge Foreman grill, a microwave and a crock pot.

I am assuming you mean a stove that can be used during a power outage ?

Since its an apartment, canister stoves are your best bet.

The coleman is probably your best bet. The fuel is easier to find than the sno-peak canisters are.

Also, if you do get the coleman stove, pick up a couple of canisters, or better yet a case (12 canisters to a case) of the fuel. If they need it and don't have it, chances are they wont be able to find it.

Also, if they don't have a heat source, a Mr. Buddy heater is a good gift also. Uses the same canisters.

Well that clears that up. Keep in mind some apartments don't allow even camp propane units indoors.
