SCRANTON, Pa. -
Pennsylvania police say they seized ammunition and weapons at a home near where President Barack Obama made a public appearance, and that the Secret Service detained a man who made threats.

Wasn't me, swear to god.

I considered going to see him speak, just so I could stand in front of him to flip him two birds, but that would mean standing in line for hours, surrounded by liberal douchebags, and disarming for that fuckstick. Also, I would have had to cancel my Harford Fair trip.

Ask MountainJack how that went. Confused

You need to plan on a grander scale:
One person shows up OC - kiss the pavement for awhile.

But imagine say 500-1000 of us - ALL OCing - holding the most peaceful open assembly you ever saw - standing in front of O-blah-blah. Now THAT would be an event!

We, as gun owners, can't even get 100 people to show up at an event where government goons aren't going to be. What makes you think 500 would show up for something like this?

Nice. My wife just looked in from the other room and asked me what I was laughing at. Big Grin

Pretty much. Ask Adam Kokesh how that worked out.
Oh that's right, we can't. Or has he been released yet?

I've been trying to stay out of trouble, mostly, for over 50 years. So far, so good

Showing up in large numbers in Philly to stand up against their violation of law : good
Standing up against the Secret Service using questionable if not illegal acts to demo strate what patriotic and law-abiding citizens we are: pass.
I can't do much good from prison. There are other ways. Better ways, IMHO.

Lackawanna College is a gun free zone, anyway, even without His Imperial Presence being there. Standing outside, however, would have been perfectly legal. Just ask MtnJack.
