Well, they officially decided to give him that a few minutes ago.

I'm not 100% either way yet, but I guess in order to preserve my own freedoms, his should also be preserved. Although anyone who has been documented to hate America (like he has) doesn't really deserve it, IMHO.

I don't guess the search and seizure protection was exactly preserved recently though, in that area.

A Reading from the Book of Armaments, Chapter 4, Verses 16 to 20:

Then did he raise on high the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch, saying, "Bless this, O Lord, that with it thou mayst blow thine enemies to tiny bits, in thy mercy." And the people did rejoice and did feast upon the lambs and toads and tree-sloths and fruit-bats and orangutans and breakfast cereals ... Now did the Lord say, "First thou pullest the Holy Pin. Then thou must count to three. Three shall be the number of the counting and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither shalt thou count two, excepting that thou then proceedeth to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the number of the counting, be reached, then lobbest thou the Holy Hand Grenade in the direction of thine foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it."

The part that has "citizen" in it is the big giveaway. Non US citizen? No friggin' way.

Maybe they should look into exactly how he GOT his citizenship....

Its kind of scary that if you get the sleeper cells that patiently wait until they have citizenship and their affairs in order before attacking, then they are allowed to get out of the harsher methods of punishment and questioning.

Actually, that's my final answer. C: Give citizens full rights, but be WAY more choosy on who gets to actually BECOME a citizen.

Remember, he is not "getting" miranda rights, he is being notified of his rights. He has the rights either way as a citizen of the United States. The liberals are the ones who insisted came up with the idea that people should be notified of their miranda rights in the first place.

He was probably notified of his rights although they do not need to tell him that. Any form of terrorism does not require law enforcement or anyone else to inform terrorists of their rights.
"The colors, the colors. Has anybody seen my good friend John?" Then he lit up a banana and he hung up.

Nope, but I think it is ironic that they wanted to bypass the same policy that they created.

Its also typical for liberals to want to change the game whenever it benefits themselves....
