Pregnant wife of Pa. state trooper fatally shot

At least he isn't in charge of cleaning firearms. Dodgy I believe that if he truly killed his pregnant wife by accident, the grief would have overcome him and he would have ended it already.

If we lie to the government, it's a crime. If the government lies to the people, it's called politics.

I dont hold that as true. Some people can disassociate fairly well and some are just strong. The problem I have is this is exact proof that our state police are shit stains because any other joe smith would be charged with negligent homicide if not homicide not given their job back..

Ammunition, it's the new lead bullion. Buy it cheap and stack it deep.

Maybe.....a better test, I think, is how long it takes him to get a new girlfriend.

Although I sure wouldn't want to go out with a guy who did that, accidental or not!

NORRISTOWN — An official with the Pennsylvania State Police confirmed Tuesday that Trooper Joseph Miller, the husband of fatal shooting victim JoAnna Miller, is on administrative duty, which consists of desk assignments and paperwork, while the investigation into Mrs. Miller’s death continues.

Police responded to the Miller home in the 3000 block of Stoney Creek Road March 7 for a report that the pregnant mother of four had been shot. She was transported to Mercy Suburban Hospital, where she and her unborn child were pronounced dead.

Authorities conducting the investigation cordoned off the entire block with barricade tape as stunned neighbors gathered and looked on in disbelief after they learned the news.

In an autopsy conducted May 8, the county coroner determined that Miller died from a gunshot wound to the head. She was between 22 and 23 weeks pregnant.

Had that been a guy who accidentally shot his toddler in the head, there would have been a charge......

I know once you become a PA trooper you can be polygraphed at any time during employment, and if a trooper declines to then they can be terminated. I wonder if they polygraphed him about this incident?

Pfft.. polygraphs are bullshit.

Well im so shocked that negligent homicide or reckless endangerment charges weren't issued like they would for anyone else.

At this point police can fuck themselves.. that double standard isn't a double standard, it's tyranny. Police officers work for a corrupt institution, rather they are good or not isn't relevant. They are supporting an evil and wicked institution rather or not they personally are evil means nothing to me other than I feel sorry they are compelled to work for such an institution that consistently violate the law , their standard of prosecution, and violate our rights on a regular basis

They even say it was negligent. The issue I have isn't.that he's cleared, if the reports are correct, it's that the police fuck everyone else that does the same straight up the ass...
