Pretty sure this is my old Anaconda!
#1
I have only ever sold one gun in my life and that was to pay for emergency repairs to our roof. It was a ported Anaconda with a Tasco Propoint scope and low and behold, one came up on gunbroker.com with the same specs! It even has the same scope mount that I ordered from B-Square. Chance may be slim, but I would bet money that this is my old Anaconda!

I have since replaced it with another 8" Anaconda but it doesn't have the porting or d&t top strap.

That is all...I'm just still regretting selling that gun. Dodgy

Then did he raise on high the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch, saying, "Bless this, O Lord, that with it thou mayst blow thine enemies to tiny bits, in thy mercy." And the people did rejoice and did feast upon the lambs and toads and tree-sloths and fruit-bats and orangutans and breakfast cereals ... Now did the Lord say, "First thou pullest the Holy Pin. Then thou must count to three. Three shall be the number of the counting and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither shalt thou count two, excepting that thou then proceedeth to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the number of the counting, be reached, then lobbest thou the Holy Hand Grenade in the direction of thine foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it."

You don't have a record of the serial number?

No...it looks familiar but I didn't save a record. The gun was sold 12 years ago. I do have a database of my gun's serial numbers, values and descriptions. I have pics of most of them but I am also working on adding pics to the database for insurance reasons.

PSP has it if you bought if from a dealer in PA. Friends with any Troopers?

I'm still drooling over the Peacekeeper/Trooper Mk V/King Cobras and the Pythons. I wish I had known about the Peacekeepers about 6 years ago. They were selling for under $300. Now the cheapest ones are double that or higher.

Yeah, cuz since they illegally retain those records, we might as well make use of them.Rolleyes

It's handy to print out an inventory of all of your handguns. It also causes regret for the sale of a few.

I'm sorry you found my previous post so egregious. Perhaps you should try a larger size brief, maybe it will improve your outlook.

So long as LE routinely and cavalierly suggest illegal access of records that are retained illegally to start with, the size of my brief will do little to improve my attitude.

I doubt you'd be so chipper should I recommend that folks engage in transactions to avoid having weapons get into the system, and tell them how to go about it.

So you're in the 'hang Snowden for treason' camp?

I actually would be just as chipper if you were selling stolen hand grenades and Stinger missiles to Pennsylvanians from the back of your Buick.

As for your attitude, obviously it's not your briefs nor did I ever believe it to be. I was being glib. I have my own thoughts that I don't care to share.
