Every person that comes in and buys a firearm, they should ask if they have their LTCF and if not, offer them an application and explain the process for getting it.

They should also explain the protections it provides in the transportation of firearms.

They also need to be educated so that they are explaining facts. We've all heard erroneous legal information at gun shops, often times told to us by the people who work at those shops.

I'm all for giving out information as long as it is true and factual information.

How many of these shops have material available from 18 Pa.C.S. § 6125 ?
The Second Amendment does not GIVE us the right. It tells the gov they can not infringe our right.

Other than the blue pamphlet I've gotten when buying a handgun, I haven't seen much literature at gun shops near me. Then again, I don't really look for it there.

I got my Lancaster LTCF earlier this year and it is just laminated paper but I walked out of the Sheriffs office with it the same day.

Now my Chester LTCF from 2007 was a CC type, but I had to wait pretty much the 45 days for it.
When they come for my guns; It is not my right, at that point,
but my responsibility to respond in the name of liberty.
