Did you ever take my suggestion of using the default browser (Safari) instead of the Chrome browser for a day or two and see if it still happens?

Yes working on that.....deleted Chrome..... Happened on an external link on Facebook too one time. So weird.

I did read that there can be redirect links on websites for mobile users only......

How about posting a link to one of the places it happens to see if it happens to others as well.

Ok now it has done it on Safari. I had thought that malware could not cross over to apps on iPads. The only alternative is that it's in the coding on websites.

This time it was a page on Fox News. It redirected to a site called wan-tracker with some fake Forbes article. It also disables the back button.

My husband hasn't had it on his ipad.

I'm disturbed.

Apparently you're not alone.

Well....Kita is me over there, lol, but yeah......

I also saw it on a forum where most of them were doing porn but I don't do porn. But evidently somebody figured out how to get around Apple ipad security. Grrr. So frustrating. Still trying to mess with cookies and privacy stuff in settings.

Ahhhh, well it doesn't appear to be a pa2a site issue. Good luck.
