Not even funny
The law? The law is a human institution...
(But I don't see a refrigerator, stove or bed).
There are three types of people in the world:
Those who make things happen,
Those who watch things happen,
And those who wonder what happened.
Once we finish the rest of the basement next year, I'll have a fridge down there ... But as for the stove (not the cooking type), I have a vent for the HVAC in there. :-)

For now yes ... but, the empty space after the second bench was left there on purpose so when I need a second safe, it will fit right there

Very nice. I'm jealous of both the room and the fact that you have a friend who will spend 4 days helping you build a reloading room over a holiday weekend. I like the idea of a locked (and password protected) entry door for the room, nice touch.

However, it's been my experience that if you only build enough shelf space for the stuff you have then you didn't build enough shelf space.
Ammunition, it's the new lead bullion. Buy it cheap and stack it deep.
Dont be jealous ... We had a contractor here Tues/Wed for construction and then my wife and I did the bench build and moved everything in on Fri/Sat. I dont have the knowledge or time to build this myself. The safe had been on order for months and we lucked out and it came in this past week. We stopped in Friday for its final payment and they asked if that afternoon was good for delivery! Everything just fell into place for this.

The benches are 6x2 each so plenty of storage now, but can hang cabinets too if I need even more

What are you doing about ventilation to stay safe and healthy?

Nothing really ... The spent primers go into a semi sealed container and then get thrown out. The dust is basically zero as they fall down the tube from the press and the dust/primers collect about 2 ft from the small tube opening. Nothing else to be really concerned about.
