^I'm glad my situation was different...my rager reached through my window and attempted assault.

On a related note, I was witness to a spectacular display of bad decision making on Saturday. I was following group of 9 bikers out on a rural but heavily traveled route on my way to camp. I was towing a trailer and like I said, on my way to camp so I'm really in no hurry. I was content to follow the bikers at a more than reasonable distance much to the dismay of those now behind me. This went on for a few miles until we came upon the first major intersection where opposing traffic has the right of way, as in NOT a 4-way stop. Upon reaching said intersection one of the bikers, I'll call him #9, decided he had the skills to be a traffic cop. As he was pulling around the rest of the pack even my wife realizing that what he was doing was a bad idea said "what does he think he's doing?". So, #9 plops his red Road King right in the middle of the intersection and puts his hands out for traffic , traffic that has right of way, to stop so the pack can go on their way. No sooner did two or three make it through the intersection and then we heard SCREEEEEEEEETCH!.
How that BMW lady never hit a single biker is beyond me.
Kaos ensued where bikers were riding around in circles like the Zem-Zem's and #9 & BMW lady were in a screaming match.
The bikers finally regrouped in a nearby Firehouse parking lot, BMW lady sped off down the road and I took the long way to camp on all back roads.

I've seen a similar, or worse, move in Fountainville where, to keep the pack together, a biker sits in the intersection, halting the traffic that has the green light, while his pack of 50 or so continue through the intersection against the red.

Apparently the law doesn't apply when one of the local clubs takes a recreational group ride.

I had a guy go off after a road rage incident, followed me to the unemployment office, where he proceeded to pull a baseball bat. I pulled out a car and chased his tail all over the parking lot until he got tired (I had plenty of gas) and when I had him where he could no longer get out of the way quick enough, I revved my engine like I was going to take him out, and then drove off letting him live.

I once had a guy pull around me after an incident, lock up his brakes, got out and pulled a MAC 10 out of his trunk. I pulled out a car revved the engine, dumped the clutch in a Datsun 280ZX and headed straight for him, like I was going to sandwich him between the bumpers. He jumped out of the way, I swerved to avoid his car, grabbed another gear, and never let up.

I once had a group of punks surround my car. One pulled out a bottle and broke it. Another pulled out a chain and started swirling it about. Yet, another pulled a knife. Me, I pulled out a car and chased all seven (7) of them all over the street and up into the main ringleader's front yard.

Point being, pull a weapon on me, and I have no qualms at pulling out a car, and using it.

Back around 91 or so, I had a pick up truck and was heading into Lancaster City on Willow Street pike. Dunno why, but some guy had started chasing me, we got to the point where the road splits into two lanes as it crosses the bridge and enters the south side of the city. He pulled up beside me in the left lane and I accelerated up to about 60 in a 25 trying to get away.

Came across the bridge, and entered the city still doing about 60 with him beside me. No one behind us at that speed, so as soon as I could I slammed on the brakes dumped he clutch to 2nd and made a sharp left turn down a side street from the right hand lane after he went zipping past because he wasn't expecting that maneuver. Left some really nice skidmarks right up to where I made the turn, he didn't try to swing back to me.

When I was about 15,my sister and mom were out going somewhere. As my sis was driving across a bridge thecar in front of us decided to play games. He would drive forward 15 or 20 feet and stop. Then he would do it again and again. After four or five times I gout out of the car and proceeded to walk up to the car. I stopped at the back tire, pulled out a knife. I was in mid swing towards the tire. the guy took off and never looked back.

If I told you, it would ruin the trick.

Back in 01 or so, I had one of these back-patched 2-wheel psychos fly up beside me in a 2 lane in the middle of town to let me know the one of my cigar ashes went all over him. I immediately wound my window down the rest of the way and apologized, because I'm not an asshole. He was mad enough to pull his jacket aside and make sure I saw the grip of his pistol as he yelled threats in my window. I had just started carrying and I was pretty damn dumb back then. I decided that I would show him mine to let him know I wasn't taking any shit.

Big mistake. I shoulda let it go. Him and his buddy chased me for like 3 miles through the back roads of town, screaming all kinds of shit at me. Finally I had enough and just slammed on the brakes. I was at the top of a hill. One went around the left side, missed a car in the other lane, and drove into someone's yard before dumping it. The other one, whom I initially had contact with, stopped in time to avoid damage and began to get off the bike. I took off before shit hit the fan. Luckily one went down and the other was already off his bike. Gave me time to hammer out of there. Needless to say I had to change my shorts after that one. I am not 100% sure how I'd react to something like that these days.
