RUSSELL SIMMONS SLAMS NRA FOR HIRING BLACK SPOKESMAN
#1
ANOTHER BLACK - (INDIRECTLY ?) SLAMMING A BLACK CONSERVATIVE 2A ACTIVIST

Quote:RUSSELL SIMMONS SLAMS NRA FOR HIRING BLACK SPOKESMAN

After seeing the NRA's intro video of Noir's upcoming NRA News show, Simmons took to Twitter to tell the gun group, "Dear @NRA, we don't trust you. Sincerely, Black America."

Simmons then wrote a longer attack at Globalgrind.com, saying that "black people ain't got no time" for the NRA.

He's a anti white bigot. And he has money. Poor racists are no different from rich racists.

Just mad they can't call him a racist.
This will be the best security for maintaining our liberties. A nation of well-informed men who have been taught to know and prize the rights which God has given them cannot be enslaved. It is in the religion of ignorance that tyranny begins. -Ben Franklin

There is a group fighting back:

Despite the forum name, all defenders of 2A rights are welcome.

I love how "racism" isn't about color these days. Its actually about having money and/or being conservative (one or both).

Such hypocrisy from the left, we should be used to....but it still riles me up.

From what I'm seeing, it's more a cultural conflict. There are quite a few wealthy liberals.

So he thinks that his money and power gives him the authority to sign himself "Black America?"

At least Cosby doesn't claim to be a poor black dude.

It truly amazes me how so many blacks embrace the liberal progressive value system. The two-class system of slavery is viewed by blacks and most every free thinking person as wrong on so many levels, yet so many blacks seem to be down with the same two-class system of liberal progressive rule makers and those whom their rules are imposed.

Now while I presently live in a mostly rural area, I grew up in an urban community with a roughly 50/50 black to white racial make up. During the late 50's and all of the 60's very few people black or white didn't work hard to advance their condition, at least in my opinion. Today, knuckleheads like Russell Simmons speak as if he and others of like belief are the voice of black America. WTF???

Help me out here... On this forum there must be a goodly number of African Americans or others in a position to know that may shed some light on why freedom can be so easily demonized and why so many seem eager to give it all away.
