SB47 AK Pistol Stabilizing Arm Brace

Well I already have one of these sling plates installed and it goes in the same place that the brace bracket does.

Almost the same thickness I would assume and doesn't change the ergonomics at all so I guess it won't make a difference with the brace bracket there instead.

Picture time!!!!

I thought I'd include some closeups that you probably haven't seen yet of this system too. Overall it is exactly what I expected. The build is solid and the fit is damn near perfect. The mounting plate is steel, the receiver pocket and tube appear to be aluminum. The arm brace is a hard rubber and it comes with two velcro straps.

Only downside I can see is the rear of the tube should have a plug in it to keep dirt out and to keep the paperwork in. In my case the paperwork folded up and fit just fine in the Hogue grip.

Range time and abuse will tell though.
Very comfortable wrapped around your arm!!!

I did accidentally touch it to my shoulder while inspecting my sights. It's a good thing my nose only comes to about and inch from the rear of the reciever otherwise I may have cut myself!...Ninja

I see it says "Century" on the packaging.

Is that just rebranded, or is it a copy of the other ones?
(I don't know who actually makes the Sig brace)

Or does Century make them for Sig?

I'm so confused.

I think it's century's clone of the original sig brace.

That's what I gathered anyway...

Isn't Century the company that employs drunken monkeys to build their rifles?

Never had a problem with century, this draco is the only other thing I've ever owned from them AFAIK. Tough as nails, accurate and 100% reliable.

I'd rather have one draco than two paps imho.

ETA:
I believe century only imports the dracos though and that they come from Romania like they are and nothing is changed because pistols don't have the same import restrictions as long guns. This may be why the dracos are better than other century offerings or builds.
