Secret service agents used a fake warrant to gain access to a man’s home after it was believed he made threats against the president. As TPNN.com reports:

According to Nashville Police Chief Steve Anderson, Secret Service agents were recently thwarted in an attempt to enter the house of a man suspected of making inappropriate comments online about President Obama. When the man knew his rights and refused the agents entry, they turned to the police chief and asked him to fake a search warrant. http://liberty247.net/secret-service-tri...ma-online/

Consider the report confirmed at the very least. This apparently happened in 2013 and was reported on by a few media outlets, including the Blaze.

Actually, it only became public this week. The incident was from 2013, but it wasn't made public by the police chief until a couple weeks ago. (as far as I know)
