STUNNING HOME INVASION CAUGHT ON VIDEO IN ARIZONA
#1
http://www.theblaze.com/stories/stunning...n-arizona/

When the Mrs and I get our new digs in Iowa, a home video set up is on my to do list as well.

There is video of the crime at link. They caught one of them because of the video!

Quote:Police have released security footage of a shocking home invasion in Tuscon, Arizona, last week where two men are seen restraining and beating a homeowner before entering his house and stealing his belongings.

At one point two other members of the house come to the door to help, presumably having heard the scuffle outside, but are forced back in by a man with a gun........

The suspects reportedly gained access to the house by offering to do yard work, but as soon as they were inside began viciously beating the man who offered to employ them.

Appalling as the video is, though, police have been able to use it to efficiently track down the suspects. Recorded by the homeowner’s security cameras, police have identified and arrested Dominic Tyrone Dixon, but his partners remain on the run......

Moral of the story, when two fucking ghetto bugs are at your door, don't open it.

Moral of the story part II: Always answer the door with a gun on your person. (very, very simple to do with a gun like a Ruger LCP or equivalent, without it ever being noticed or seen by anyone).

Moral of the story part III: Security systems are a wonderful thing for helping to catch scumbags.

If you have an LCP, and put the Kel Tec P3At pocket clip on it like i did on mine, there is literally no reason to not carry it on you at all times. Even fully loaded with 8 rds and equipped with a Crimson trace laserguard it still weighs under a pound, and it's only .8" thick.

Mine is on my person virtually 100% of the time.

Same here.....with a G19 and G26 not far away.

I also carry at home because of the possibility of this happening. I carry my edc though. I would like to get something smaller so I could change into lounge clothes when at home with nowhere to go. The p89 would pull them down to the floor. Although that may scare some people away by itself.

Was there an X of tape on the floor for the perps to stand on while they stared into the camera?

Yeah... I feel your pain, man... My EDC gun is my RIA 1911.

I have on several occasions debated whether I wanted to change into comfy sweat pants, or carry my weapon. One would say a small pocket pistol for home carry is in order, but I'm not even looking at that as a possibility right now because we can hardly afford to eat, let alone buy another gun. As it is, I've had to sell all my guns except 2... And my wife's pushing for me to sell those, too.

But it's hard to part with my AK47, and even harder to part with my 1911.
