Supreme Court May Get Second Chance to Kill Obamacare
#1
The last time Obamacare went before the US Supreme Court, they ruled that the insurance mandate was legal because it was a tax and not a penalty. The hopes and financial well-being of millions of Americans was dashed down on the rocky shores of bankruptcy when Chief Justice John Roberts betrayed the American people.

Now, Congress is fighting over whether or not to fund Obamacare and use it as leverage in the stalemate on the federal spending bill. If the stalemate isn’t resolved by October 1, the federal government just may have to shut down. Some conservatives believe that could actually be a good thing, but the liberals want us to believe that it will spell the end of the world.

The fact of the matter is this: the Affordable Care Act was forced upon the American people by a dubiously elected government and upheld by a Supreme Court that was completely hamstrung by the felonious wiretaps of the NSA, and any and all opposition to this farcical overreach was targeted unlawfully by the IRS. If this travesty of justice were to ever see a true and impartial hearing, you can bet your ass that this bill would be #1 ruled 100% unconstitutional, and #2 every single person involved with this ridiculous scheme would be facing charges of fraud, obstruction, lying under oath, extortion, and witness tampering.

Forbes has just come out with their evaluation. Obamacare is a scam, and not one person will benefit from it now... or EVER.

Everyone that supports this atrocious act is either a complete moron or a willing participant, and in either case, should have their assets confiscated and their voting rights suspended. Period. Neg rep me if you want. Fuck you in advance.

I agree with you 99%. The other 1% that I don't agree with is the assertion that not one person will benefit from it. The creators of the bill and many of the high up supporters of it, will most definitely benefit from it. You and I will never benefit from it.

The best thing that could happen at this point is that it IS implemented, and those who wanted it and have their hours cut and then lose their home to foreclosure and then wind up in bankruptcy are constantly pounded over their head that Obamacare and the democratic party that shoved it up their asses are completely to blame.

Republicans need to step aside and let it be implemented, and then watch the economy tank.

Its the best way to get it repealed.

People will only support repeal if it hurts them personally.

I have to agree.

At this point implementing and letting people see how bad this is going to get is the only way to get rid of this piece of garbage.

Hopefully when people see that this bill does nothing but cost people money they will take it out on all those who fought for this at the polls come election season.

I have to disagree.

The thing about entitlements is that there's always a segment of the population that will make out on the deal. Once an entitlement is established it become sacrosanct. Any attempt to remove it is immediately demagogued by the press and the actors trying to remove it are portrayed as heartless, racist, sexist, homophobic, gun-toting, bible-thumping neanderthals.

If there's a way to beat it down before it gets implemented we need to make them attempt. It's just too risky to let it continue.
