EAST HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – A Harris County Sheriff’s deputy has resigned, amidst allegations of sexual misconduct made by a woman who lives in Cloverleaf.

Lisa Rodriguez said the deputy sexually assaulted her Tuesday while she was being questioned inside her East Harris County apartment. Normally, KHOU 11 News would conceal the identity of victims in these types of crimes but Rodriguez wanted everyone to hear her story.

The deputy looked up Rodriguez’s information and found there was a warrant out for her arrest on an assault charge. Rodriguez admitted she knew about the warrant, but while speaking with the deputy outside, she said he reached over and grabbed her necklace, fondling her breast. She said he then suggested they speak inside her apartment.

Her two young daughters and niece were inside.

“I’m not thinking anything of it,” Rodriguez said. “I can trust this man, he’s an officer. What is he going to do?”

I understand keeping her name under wraps but the deputies name? What is this winners name? He resigned that pretty much confirms to me that he did it unless he was threatened by the sheriff and theirs something else we don't know . Sorry why hasnt he been arrested? If someone accused me of forcing them to give me a blow job id go jail that day.

Ehhh no big deal its only one officer. This isn't every cop. What's the big deal? Nothing to see here. Cops don't ban together like criminal gangs and mafioso. They don't conspire to continue to victimize others by denying justice and not treating officers the same as others accused of the same crime, right?.. every fucking pig that knows this rapist that hasn't arrested him is a piece of shit that deserves to be raped in prison by a guard and watch as nothing get done to the guard since they dont give a fuck about the victim of a rape and their job or the law..

It is stories like this that really kill all hope that even if suddenly all cops started doing the right thing that they could ever get respect back..

Too bad this womans father didnt walk in on him raping his daughter and blow the fucking pig away.

Before you go saying im advocating for killing someone..

Lets remove the pig aspect of the story and substitute a worthless piece of shit gang member (wait whats the difference? ) none the less. Lets imagin trayvon was a blood and forced your daughter to suck his cock and you popped into the room knowing this? Would you think you have the right to put a big fucking hole venting this assholes brain? Of course hes a fucking rapist and pigs are letting this guy that they basically know did it by his resignation walk around when even if you or I werent in the state when someone accused us we'd be behind bars and charged.. fuck them..

It is well past time.
