Quote:This Sunday Attorney Josh Prince takes on the factually challenged nitwits at the Anti-gun Group CeaseFire PA on the NBC 10's At Issue Show.

Issue: PA's Preemption Law Changes (HB 80/Act 192)

When: 2/15/2015

Time: 11:30 AM

Website Simulcast: http://www.nbcphiladelphia.com/news/loca...24701.html

Additional Info: http://blog.princelaw.com/2015/02/12/pre...on-sunday/

This debate should be very interesting and informative. Josh Prince is an experienced debater and has full measure of how Ms. Goodman shades the truth. You may learn some additional aspects to the preemption issue that you were heretofore unaware of.

Could have been better, but not bad. I think the legal mumbo-jumbo with bill numbers and such just becomes too confusing to keep the attention of the viewer, but he DID eventually spell it out that there was a law on the books that was being ignored by municipalities.

I did enjoy the moment of dumbfounded silence when she didn't understand his sarcastic question about Ceasefire supporting him if he ignored a law he didn't feel was in his best interest.

Really!? That's the best you guys got? She's nothing compared to Mark Walsh and Colleen Daley of Illinois Council Against Handgun Violence, Barbara Marsh of League of Women Voters, Nicole Chen of Everytown's Chicago Chapter, and Advanced Practice Nurse Ellen Chiocca. Moving to Philly might be a vacation compared to Chicagoland. I already had plans to join you guys in the fight. I just didn't realize it would be that easy.

What's the name and website of the local organization that is advocating for everybody's right to carry.
