That's used for posting a pic that you have currently sitting on your hard drive.

I have installed a TinyPic Image Upload button on all posts and PM's! Please use it whenever you can to help save disc space on the server. It is easy to use, just click the button, browse your hard drive for the image you want to upload and then click upload. You can then paste the [img] code to your post or just click add to post and the code goes where ever your cursor is stationed in the post editor. The add to post feature may not work on some browsers since I added the new post editor. If not, just cut and paste the [img] code into your post.
