Tiny Pic plugin changes
#1
I've noticed a few changes in the Tiny Pic plugin. The first thing I noticed is the language appears to be German, Austrian or something similar, that was OK, I got through by remembering where I clicked before, I didn't have to translate the words to accomplish what I wanted to do.
Now it seems as though the buttons have moved around, as in, the layout is slightly different. I was able to use it a few times like that but the last few times I tried I couldn't upload a picture at all.
Any comments or suggestions for me?
Is this just particular to my computer? Is it the result of a virus or something?
If it's something everyone is experiencing can we get it back to the way it was when it was functional?

I see foreign language also.

Thank you, now I know it's not just me.
Maybe I'll have to try to remember my Photobucket password to see if that's any more usable than when I stopped using it. (I hope they haven't "improved" it any more, they had it nearly to the point of being unusable, there wasn't much room for more "improvement").

This is what mine looks like now. Always had the foreign language but just recently started rendering differently. I always thought it was just me....

Yup, the language I have for it appears to be something similar to German too.

When the language first changed a few weeks ago it was still usable, now I can't get it to do anything.
What's the possibility of it being restored to it's original state?
(Or possibly finding another plugin to do the same thing?)
I'll admit, I got spoiled with it.

The tinypic plugin appears to be somewhat correct in the source code for the page:

Code:
<!-- start: tinypic -->
<tr id="tinypic_form">
    <td class="trow2" valign="top">
        <strong>TinyPic Uploader</strong><br /><span class="smalltext">Upload your images to tinypic and integrate them into your post easily.</span>
    </td>
    <td class="trow2" valign="top">
        <script type="text/javascript">
            tinypic_layout = 'wide';
            tinypic_type = 'images';
            tinypic_links = 'forum';
            tinypic_language = 'de';
            tinypic_search = 'false';
            tinypic_autoload = false;
            tinypic_callback_url = document.location.href.substr(0,document.location.href.lastIndexOf('/'))+"/?callback=tinypic";
            tinypic_callback_text = 'Insert%20into%20post';
            h = 300;
        </script>
        <script src="http://plugin.tinypic.com/j/plugin.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
        <input id="tinypic" type="button" value="TinyPic Plugin" onclick="javascript:showTinypicPlugin();Element.hide('tinypic')"/>
    </td>
</tr>
<!-- end: tinypic -->

But the links being displayed show photobucket:

And the language is an easy fix. Just change the de to en.

I just posted a JPG elsewhere on the site and I couldn't do it with the Tiny Pic Plugin. I had the image selected then clicked the button and waited, and waited.......but it didn't upload.
When I mentioned the language I was noting a progression of events leading to the end of functionality.

FWIW, that source code you posted means less to me than Chinese instructions written in cursive with disappearing ink.

I've never used it, in fact never noticed it until this thread brought it to light, I use my own Photobucket and/or hotlinks. PM Rocketfoot see if he can fix it for ya.

I mainly use photobucket too but sometimes its quicker to use the tinypic plugin. Uploading multiple pics with the plugin is a pita as far as I could tell.

OK, you stumped me (That isn't hard to do).
Where is the de that I would change to en?
