It's the "BILL OF RIGHTS" not the bill of "needs"

If you watch it in slow motion you can almost see the thief shit his pants.

Man, that burglar had a set, trying to rob a place for the third time in broad daylight. Guess he'll be a guest of the state for a while, not a happy time in Texas. Big Grin

If that was New York the home owner would be in state prison. max security.

How would this stand up in PA?

Nobody appeared to be in danger of great bodily injury or harm, would one be justified in drawing on the criminal?

ETA:
Based on my last read of the castle doctrine for PA, in situations like this where its merely stealing your car/TV/cell phone, if you're not in danger of bodily harm you're not legally authorized to use deadly force. Am I correct?

You should be fine, you are stopping the commission of a felony.

This is a perfect example of the proper time to "open carry" a long arm on a public street.

In an emergency.

If it was Oklahoma it would be "Make my day."

His shotgun had one of those evil, mass murdering pistol grips.

He did not use deadly force. Remember what he said, "he was very compliant". I just loved hearing that. I replayed it several times.Big Grin
You have a right to protect yourself and a duty to protect your family.
