My guidance counselor said I wouldn't amount to anything... Lucky guess! Dodgy

North Carolina Wiretapping Law

North Carolina's wiretapping law is a "one-party consent" law. North Carolina makes it a crime to intercept or record any "wire, oral, or electronic communication" unless one party to the conversation consents. N.C. Gen. Stat. § 15A-287. Thus, if you operate in North Carolina, you may record a conversation or phone call if you are a party to the conversation or you get permission from one party to the conversation in advance.

If you're calling from Pa you may be subject to Pa's laws.

If the laws there work the same as here, I hope he gets hit with four felony counts of voter fraud and one felony criminal attempt voter fraud... and gets arrested Tuesday on the way to vote... again.

It may be a silly question, but will ALL of his votes be voided? I think that if you commit this sort of crime, then even your one legit vote should be taken away as well.
