Well, that's not cool

Just got this nice little message (see photo). Would this be a problem on my end or with the site in general?

Probably has something to do with the tailored ads based on your google searches they're running.

You into Everquest or Warcraft or any of that stuff?

Nope, although I was doing Eve Online for a while until they updated the power needed to run it beyond the capabilities of my computer. Haven't done that for nearly a year now though.

Where were they? I'm using Chrome, running malwarebytes and MSE neither alerted.

The message only appeared when I clicked directly on the number '16' to take me to the 16th page of discussion.

Apparently I'm not the only one to see it either, as seen below.

ETA: the message no longer appears either, seems removing the links solved that issue

I deleted them from bybloshex's message, he had three animated GIF's that were hosted there. I updated his message that I removed them, then I believe he edited the post.

It was my fault. I found a cool gif of someone shooting a machine gun and I linked it directly instead of doing like usual and saving it then uploading it to my photobucket. Apparently wherever it was hosted originally was reported as an attack site. Fortunately it wasn't a risk to anybody unless they purposefully visited whatever the original host site was. Since what was linked here was just the gif itself.

I didn't mean to remove your edit. Once I saw ExcelToExcel's post I quickly moved to edit my own post and remove the images. That's what I get for being lazy. I'd recommend updating ExcelToExcel's post to remove links to the reported attack site.
