Most fun I've had is sitting behind an M2 and firing off an entire belt of ammo at multiple targets. There was enough smoke towards the end that I had to have my spotter tell me where to adjust fire to stay on target. The concussion from each round is intense, and you can feel every round you fire. It's like you've become the hammer of Thor, and you're bringing down hellfire with it.
The M240 is another fun MG, and its rate of fire is pretty damn nice. I liked it a hell of a lot better than the M249, its little brother. The M249 had a tendency to jam if it wasn't run dripping wet.
The Mk19 is overrated. The effects of the rounds are fantastic, but shooting it isn't as fun as you'd think. There isn't much concussion from it, and despite the heavy bolt slamming back when firing, the felt recoil is minimal. That can be a pretty good thing though, since it makes it easier to track where the rounds are going to impact.

I've shot a full auto MP5 and AR15 chambered in 9mm.

Oh, Streaker, that reminds me... I've shot an M16A4 on 3-round burst. The recoil is light as hell on them, but still creates a noticeable spread. Quickly understood why single shot is preferred for the most part.

Since the MP5 was chambered in 9mm it was interesting between the two. The MP5 had a real tendency to raise the barrel on full auto, whereas the AR15 on full auto didn't raise it as much. It was much easier to hold it on target and empty the magazine than on the MP5.

Full auto MP5. However, on my bucket list I would like to go out to Nevada and shoot a .50 cal Barrett at a target about a mile away in the desert and unload 100 rounds with a M60 or M240 on a vehicle placed in the middle of a range.

The only FA I've ever shot was an M16 in 22lr.
However that's all going to change in about a week.
