Whats the deal with switchblades in PA?

Yup, just illegal to carry around with you. They're just a curio, like a set a brass knuckles.

We have one of Truman's cronies and '50's Hollywood to thank for that one.

I stand corrected... I actually thought that you cannot posses them period. Of course, I was told this years ago when a cop thought my knife was an auto.

There was a guy, a year or two ago, that got arrested in Crossfork for selling prohibitive weapons (brass knuckels etc) at a local festival.

Pretty sure possessing these things is illegal except as mentioned as a curio, which again is on you to prove.

Put them in a curio cabinet without price tags and you should be good to go. Ninja

I have two in my knife collection. One stiletto type and one military type that springs out the top. They are legal to own for a collection. They are not legal to carry around or sell as far as I know. I catalog ordered the ones I have years ago. They are not very well made and there are much better things that are suited for an EDC knife that won't cause any legal headaches. If you want one just for a novelty collectable order a cheaper one and keep it at home to show people.
